Trini Side Order was an idea birthed in 2013 and launched in 2018. Food is as important to an event as is the purpose of the occasions. As far back as I can recall, growing up in Trinidad and Tobago, we treated events as an opportunity to connect, ‘lime’ and eat. While I enjoy several foods from across the Caribbean, my childhood memories of sinking my teeth into a wrapped dhal-puri roti from the roti shop across from my Primary School remains. The joy of those flavors exploding in my mouth, has made an indelible mark on my tastebuds. A wrapped roti is still my favorite.
I believe in exploring my various interests, so while I am mostly known for my professional career, I also love the business of food. When I transitioned to working from home, I chose to delve into an online meal-prep business. Trini Side Orders also supplys products that are authentic to Caribbean cooking. Our main goals is to make it easy for our customers to enjoy hearty meals.
We are an online business. We do not operate any retail outlets. All services and products are accessed on our website. Our partnership with Island Cooks Kitchen, allows us to provide event services to customers in the South-West of Atlanta, Georgia, United States.
